Step 1 0f 3: Endpoint Registration

Register your video endpoints with ATKSI's Video Conferencing Center using a simple form. Once the form is complete, forward it to ATKSI in order to establish a profile for each endpoint. Information required on the form includes:

	Name of Video Conferencing Endpoint or Video Conferencing Room
	Company name and address
	Contact name and contact information (telephone, fax, and email)
	Network information such as provider, speeds to be certified, and video conferencing telephone number(s)/ISDN.
	Video equipment information such as make, model, and version
	Billing contact information

When you are ready to complete the Registration Form, choose to either submit the form as an email attachment or FAX it to our Video Conference Center.

Email it as attachment to registration@atksi.com
or
FAX your completed form to us at +1 (727) 523-6161

Reminder: If you have difficulty with the Registration form, call +1 (727) 543-9667

A 7-digit Endpoint ID will be assigned by ATKSI for each video endpoint. This number is important, as it is required for any future reservation requests involving that endpoint. It is also important to update any profile information if there are changes to the endpoint (like new equipment or new video telephone numbers).
