Step 2 0f 3: Endpoint Certification To avoid last minute problems and delays in connecting the video conferencing sites a series of test calls between each registered endpoint and ATKSI's bridge are scheduled and completed prior to video conferencing scheduling and reservation. Schedule Test Calls in Advance: Test calls must be scheduled in advance by calling 1-877-771-7466 (USA) or +1 508-771-7466 (International), and you should have your 7-digit Endpoint ID handy (similar process as that of a reservation). Same day testing may be available. Upon completion of successful test calls, the endpoint will become certified and can be added to a reservation to participate in future videoconference calls. Test calls will consist of Dial-In and Dial-Out and will include any speeds that are planned for use in future videoconference calls (i.e., 128K, 384K). This is to ensure compatibility between the endpoint equipment and ATKSI's service. Proper testing up front increases the success rates of future calls. Step 3 - Conference Reservation
